2018 Aggregated MLB Computer Rankings

Updated on Tuesday Sep. 18th

Our MLB Power Rankings are calculated by aggregating computer rankings from around the web and determining each team’s average ranking. Some of these sites also project teams’ future success. We collect this info and calculate each team’s average win/loss projection, playoff odds and championship odds. Our own opinions and biases are checked at the door. We simply work with what other sites have put out.

Power Rankings

Our MLB Power Rankings table is straightforward. Each team’s ranking reflects an averaging of rankings from across the five sites that we pull from. Up or down movement versus the previous week is provided for each team. Averaged win/loss projections, playoff odds and championship odds round out the table.
